Very affordable price. Good food, best brewed coffee in town, clean rooms, clean towels and bedding, friendly staffs, easy access to major offices and just a few walks to the airport. Secured parking lots with lots of lightings. Most of all is the ambiance of the place. I loooove it.

Check in was quick and clerk was very informative regarding local restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast choices were great. Rates were highly competitive with other places in the area.

Had a great stay! Super friendly staff and great airport shuttle. Next time we fly out of Asheville we will be staying here again

The hotel is near the airport and has convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is standardized. The front desk service is also very good. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay here again next time and enjoy the nearby scenery.

This hotel is DIRECTLY across from the airport. The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. the bed was AWESOME. I will stay here whenever I fly in/out of Asheville!!!

Nice stay - clean- pretty basic- nice breakfast buffet for the price. I would definitely stay there again for the value.

We arrived into town late, so this worked for easy access. Comfortable but condition is poorer than expected given that the hotel isn’t that old. But everything is clean.

I loved that the hotel is right across the street from the airport, and they have a shuttle service to the airport.

We were only there for one night but front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless

It was ok the TV controller would not work and the paerson at the desk could not help.

This hotel was great. Breakfast was perfect and served early before my 8:00am flight. Love the shuttle service, the driver went above and beyond. Can’t wait to stat again.

Check in was so easy. However the TV did not work so when I asked about it at the desk, the fellow did not understand what I was asking about and he went to rekey my door key. Once he understood, he said most often it is the batteries. I said OK send some up. He said I don't have anybody and handed me the batteries to replace. The key did not work well in the door. I stayed two days but they cancelled my key after one day. lastly the bathroom faucet was not anchored so I just had to manage the turn on and off. Over all not the best hotel experience.

Property was as expected for the price. Unfortunately there was no heat in the first room. Was moved to another room which smelled a little like a past smoker had been in it (they attempted to clean the air) but otherwise OK
