Hotel was average. Room was a little dark. No one at the counter at check-in or departure but they came from behind the wall very quickly to acknowledge me. It was pouring rain and we were exhausted, so it may have taken something extraordinary to make my stay above average.

The stay is nice for the price; however, cleanliness really needs to be focused on. Our room had mold on the ceiling near the sprinklers, sheets were stained, bathroom had loose hair, grout was kinda dirty and gunk in the sink.
Staff was very friendly and breakfast was decent.

I dont think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a hotel stay. LaQuinta is usually a chain that keeps its locations up to standard, but this one was in deplorable shape. Lobby was shabby, every trash receptacle was overflowing at breakfast, bathroom in our room was in terrible condition, and the hotel overall looked like it hadn’t been maintained in many, many years.

A very good deep cleaning would move this hotel up a Star. Get great vacuum cleaners and use them and don’t forget to clean corners.
If you are giving away a free breakfast, then use real scrambled eggs, or don’t have any.
Front staff was excellent. Value is great, but, maintain to a five level and you could be 41/2 stars.

High quality for great price. Everything works - external scanners for entry, equipment in the exercise room, shades, etc. Well-managed and maintained. Surrounding grounds were well kept. Pool closed (February). Wifi seemed a little thin. Great staff. GREAT breakfast. Spacious rooms.

I really appreciated the breakfast wi t h real oatmeal, waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and fresh fruit. The only minus was the noisy radiator. But overall, it was great!

The staff was super friendly, the accommodations were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast choices that they had were good. The only think that needs improving is that when we arrived there was a van with a trailer, 2 tractor trailers parked on both sides of the motel, taking up close, convenient parking spaces. They need to make a change so the tractor trailers and anyone who has a trailer parks in the back lot.
