This hotel is a gem- would highly recommend to anyone. I'll plan to stay in other 25 hotels when traveling again.

The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

地段優越，從酒店十分鐘不到就能走到火車站與聖母百花教堂。一進門發現酒店大堂與用餐區域連在一起。
房間裝修很新，並且看得出無論是房間內還是走廊上每一處都花了心思設計。設施總體齊全，牆上有usb充電口，迷你吧也有贈飲，對短住旅客來説體驗比較好。
早餐服務人員比較熱情，但種類不算多，煎蛋也要額外收費。

I have stayed in many Florence hotels over the years and this is my favourite to date. Good location close to the station. Good size bedroom, very clean, modern and quiet.
Lovely breakfast, good bar and friendly staff.

What a fun hotel! We stayed in hell, of course, and it couldn't have been cooler! The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing!
The only cons were our shower leaked, but we didn't know until we got ready to pack up and leave...and everything we'd stored next to the shower was soaked...
Also, apparently in hell the gym is heated, so if you're going in there, beware. It was so hot!
