We have stayed at most of the upscale hotels in Florianopolis...we always come back to Blue Tree Premium for one reason, the staff....and end up being reminded of how comfortable the rooms are, how clean the property is and the great breakfast! Shout out to Adrian at the Front Desk who always has a smile, a pleasant greeting and a genuine offer to assist...we will be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!

The hotel attended us pretty good, it's very convenient to be directly in front of a shopping mall and the overall location is good. The overall facilities are quite nice.
A special thanks and recognition for Thiago, who was extremely helpful and friendly and his attention with us is much appreciated.

They were amazing, spoke English for us and Tiago was the best!!!! He helped us with anything we needed and Louise drove us wherever. Would stay again!

We were on February during the Carnival. The hotel is good, not old, good neighbourhood, short walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants and sidewalk along the beach. However it is not a walking distance from far from the Public (historical) Market which is where most of the action is
