Are all the details of the service gone? In conclusion, those who have been deceived by a bunch of Internet celebrities really need to keep their eyes peeled. The only good thing is that there is a small playground and the shuttle bus is timely. For the same price of more than 2,000 per night, you can definitely go to Shenzhen MGM and Guangzhou Forest Sea, but the service is much worse. This hotel has no service, you have to rely on yourself, and you have to grab food!

When I first booked the hotel, the customer service said that they would prepare 3 bed bumpers for me and they were already registered. Then I took one less bed bumper with me and went to the hotel to register. They said it would be quick and asked the waiter to deliver it right away. But it was not there yet at 2 o'clock. After finishing the cleaning, we asked the cleaning lady to help us get the bed surround, but she didn't come back as soon as she left. We had to contact the manager to bring it over, but she said this was the only one. Service issues are constantly being addressed. Then the room was very dusty. You can see Figure 1 for yourself. I saw it when I was lying down at night. The hotel is okay for fun. There are not many so-called mobile games, so it is suitable for more water play. When I left today, I saw the cleaning lady who was cleaning the room next door just hanging up the bathrobe without taking it out for cleaning. First time going to this hotel, bad review!
