When you arrive and find a queen mattress teetering on a full size box spring I really don’t know how to describe my feelings. It was enough for me to tell the girl at the desk about it and explain that I will refuse to pay for the second night as I could not sleep like that a second night. I will be contacting ******* and this is just the beginning of my complaint. About all the issues on this trip. I will be making public comments against this Inn. But you will hearing more from me when I have looked over my credit card summary. Ken Sutherland

Staff was nice but they were talking about some murderer that they were involved with? Loudly to other guests. The linen seemed clean, albeit, holy with cigarette burns. I checked for bedbug signs and saw none. Everything else seemed very old and dirty (you could tell it was wiped down but deeply stained and not taken care of) and I just never wanted to leave my room. I did feel safe but it was ultimately not a great stay with these things in mind and the fact that there must not be any soundproofing here.

I was told to leave right after I rebooked my room as they said I was smoking in the room I don't even smoke I was then rushed to pack my things and made to stand out in the rain with my belongings as my truck was having new tires put on and after all that they refuse to give me a refund

The staff was super nice and very polite. The toilet ran until you fix yourself. You get what you pay for, 1 towel, wonky hot water-cold water shower, but the bed was clean and soft. It is just a very old motel.

There was a giant blood stain all over the mattress look like someone threw up on it also the room smelled funny it was totally gross I would like my money back

The room was clean but had no coat hangers, the heater was a little sketchy ( I would have liked another blanket but I didn't ask for one) and there was just one role of TP.

The whole hotel needs an overhaul. Old carpet, damaged walls, everything feels "dirty". There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. I was on the way to buy some, but stopped at the desk, just in case. The sweet young woman at the counter gave me some as she shivered in her winter coat in the reception area. It was missed when the room was cleaned.

I arrived at 130 and was turned away from check in, when I came back 6 hours later I came into the lobby to 2 teenagers laying on couches barely clothed, and ignored me.
The girl who checked me in was sketchy, to say the least, she barely spoke, had face tattoos, and had an attitude.
The room itself was smelly like mold and body odor, the shower had surprisingly good water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
In the morning the maids were in the hallway gossiping very loud and blasting Mexican music from their phones, not exactly the way I was hoping to awake.
I was never so happy to be only staying somewhere for one night.
