Bed sunk in middle and even though the TV is on an adjustable mount, it doesn’t line up with bed so it’s very uncomfortable. Upon arrival, my window was unlocked and slightly open and the painters were on the ledge. As a single female traveler, that bothered me. I’m glad I noticed the window was unlocked. The worst thing was that you had to pay for parking. That’s ridiculous. It’s a huge lot with nothing exciting in the area. There’s absolutely no reason why guests should have to pay for parking at this type of hotel. It’s a Courtyard! Very unpleasant seeing all the giant red signs demanding payment for parking. I stayed recently as a Hyatt and it was lovely. I will keep that in mind in the future. The best part was the little TV booth nook by the cafe. Luckily, I had the only TV that was working. The other ones were broken.

The hotel now charges for parking. Lots of constrution going on at the hotel. So it is very noisy. Not a good stay.

The $8 parking charge per night was ridiculous. If I would have seen that when I booked, I would have not selected this location.

Hotel was ok, nothing special. Located in a nice city, with a lot to do and many good restaurants. The 9.00 charge for parking was a legot slap in the face, and a horrible business practice. We asked for and was allowed to check in early. We stayed on tue second floor, and was immediately hit with the smell of **** throughout the entire floor. Maintenence was in our room when we walked up, they said they were making sure the WiFi was working, but we were not convinced.

Everything was great the only think is that when we booked parking was free and then before we arrive they change policy and charge us 8 a day

Excellent staff. Our first room had a problem with the toilet and we were immediately moved to another room. Renovations in progress. They have not negatively affected level of service or condition of rooms. Very pleased with our stay. Very convenient to Cleveland Clinic Florida,

Just stayed overnight so didn’t use any amenities. Hotel is clean and bed comfortable enough. Only comment is outlet on nightstand meant for phone charging didn’t work (on me for not realizing it until morning) but not a deal breaker, would stay here again.

room is clean and nice! But bed set to close the wall whichever wall is bathroom wall too.the bathroom water pipe noise direct transfer to bad wall. Mid night 1-5 am can heard more times water pipe noise. Close the bathroom difference water noise will transfer through the wall to bed! Suggest bad set far from the bathroom wall!
