I booked 2 king studio suites. The rooms were not available at check in so we were offered 2 rooms with 2 double beds after discussions and phone calls. One hotel room had a non functional room heater/air conditioning unit with an error code and a constant loud mechanical sound.. The front desk was aware of this problem and maintenance was on call to come fix it. But at 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening not likely to show up. We left the room and the hotel because there were no other rooms available. I was still charged for the room as per ******* non cancellation policy.

Rooms were good size with enough amenities. Shower was large with great water pressure. Morning breakfast was well prepared; Ms Vicki did a grand job. Not necessarily a complaint against this property but, since COVID, room servicing has diminished substantially in almost all hotels I’ve stayed. I’d really like to go back to the “good old days” however the room was very clean upon arrival.

Prompt, fast and efficient check by Rae. Beds are super comfortable with crisp fresh linen. Rooms set up like a studio apt with all of the comforts of home. Will definitely return!

This wasn't a hotel room, it was an apartment with custom closets, full fridge, oven and dishwasher... stocked with pots pans plates, etc. Add the high end gym to work out in, laundry and a pool :' and you've got the perfect place to stay.

Stayed for a wedding. They let us check in early at 2:30 to get ready for 4pm wedding. They had everything! From iron to a fork! Very nice and fancy place to stay, would definitely stay here again
