Hotel check-in and check-out are very simple. The hotel heating room is very noisy. Although the breakfast is relatively monotonous, it is clean and hygienic.

There was no staff available at the registration desk. You stand in front of a screen and pay the piper for the privilege of speaking to a person. I checked out a day early when a completed my business process in Ft. Myers. I apparently was 25Minutes too late to not pay for my second day. I have disputed the charge on my CC. Breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and sausage as well.
I could not recommend this Days Inn as a pleasant place to stay.

The check-in is by video with an off-site person, the front desk is unmanned. I had never done this before, but it worked. Having said that I wondered if I had an issue, say needing extra towels, or a problem with the room, who did I call? Again, there is no one at the front desk.

Great stay, no complaints. Check in was different doing everything with a monitor but went very smooth and fast. Rooms were clean. Hallways did have a smell but some were good. Breakfast was good.

Decent hotel. Check in & out is very impersonal doing so via kiosk. Although people on the screen were very nice the volume was extremely loud so anyone in the lobby can overhear.
Breakfast was ok - eggs & sausages were cold was told to just microwave yet microwave explictly says no eggs in microwave.
Room was ok. Dehumidifier ran 24/7. Room smelled like scope but it was clean.

The check in process was terrible, had to wait through 10 people before we got checked in. Very impersonal check in, like talking to a robot.!

Very convenient to all our needs for the week. Very quiet hotel and always looked and smelled clean. The woman setting up the breakfast is a very hard and attentive worker. I tipped her well and complimented her for her work.

Stay away. They used a virtual front desk--no humans were on premises. Wifi-Internet didn't work. The room phone didn't work.
