I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn during a cross-country move. After a long day of traveling it was nice to be greeted by a friendly man at the desk. The value for a nice, spacious, clean room was excellent! The bathrooms were a little outdated but one good thing... the shampoo and conditioner! I never use hotel shampoo and conditioner but I made an exception this time -- it smells amazingggg!

The room itself was nice. My complaints are more along the line of structure which we find in a lot of motels. The vanity is high with a very wide lip. For anyone not tall, it's difficult to lean over to the basin to brush your teeth. Only a shower, no tub. Not enough light in the room for reading. As a Marriott member, I would have expected to be acknowledged and welcomed as such. Never happened. As to the HOT BREAKFAST, the choices were very limited, probably one of the worst we had seen in a while.

This is my second stay at your establishment and I was glad to see them mainly because I was tired but your staff remembered me and that's uncommon and I came back downstairs and as I was waiting my turn I noticed how personal and caring that your staff is with everyone that comes before them. This was a bit nicer than we would normally expect from a good Comfort Inn. It is in a busy location close to multiple restaurants. It has an outdoor pool. The breakfast was standard Comfort Inn fare but the dining area is more spacious than most. The only issues were an especially musty smell from the air conditioner, and slippery floor in the shower although the bathroom was otherwise very nice.

I stayed with some fellow preachers in a block of three rooms that had been reserved for us. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We knew it was going to be a short night, but the beds were comfortable and made going to sleep easy. The rooms were also very quiet. The check-in process was not the best. The rooms had been reserved and the one who did it talked with the ”higher-ups” about taking his credit card and so forth. Apparently, no one told the staff anything about it. What should have been a short process ended up taking quite a it longer than it should have. Communication needed to be better. The breakfast was very good and the selection was decent. Staff was very nice. Definitely recommend this place. Check in process did not ruin the experience.
