Please do not stay at this hotel. Seriously! I stayed there twice but only because I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of trying to find a new hotel room on a holiday weekend.
First of all the shuttle service sucks, the driving sucks the shuttle van has lights on letting them know it needs to be serviced. All drivers are rude the one lady that drove us in the morning the first stay was nice. I booked a King size bed and we did get the frame and the headboard but the mattress was a queen. Trying to get to the airport the second time around was a drama because no one wrote down the time I requested the shuttle. The drivers drive like crazy and they genuinely make you feel like an inconvenience. All I have to say is stay away from this place

The shuttle does not run between 11 am and 6 pm. I had to take an Uber to the airport. The staff was sweet and kind. The room was freshly rehabbed. The breakfast was okay.

The customer service was terrible. There was a misunderstanding about my small children staying in the room with us and instead of having a co versatile to fix the issue, I was given an intimation and treated terribly. The woman told me I would receive a refund for the night we didn’t stay (we left and booked a different hotel for our second night) but then when I handed her our keys, told me I would have to take it up with *******. Now I’m waiting for notification IF I will receive a refund and how much the hotel MIGHT refund me. No guarantees. Just waiting. The location is very clean and quiet but the people who run it are hateful.

Our stay at the Day inn was great. Check in and out was a breeze. The hotel was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. Great price and friendly staff.

Waited more than one and a half hour for the shuttle service. The sheets are stained and there is no sustainable food available in the building for late arrivals.

The room we stayed in the hot water did not work we said something to the front desk and he just ignored we stayed 2 nights with no hot water asked for extra towels and he gave 1 for the price for the weekend I could of stayed somewhere else and had hot water I was not told there was a $100 deposit till we got there so I was not prepared for that needless to say I will not be staying here again

Did not sleep under comforter because it was dirty. Bought my own blanket. Was there for one night so didn't complain. The room overall was decent.
