Well, to start with I had some inconvenience in the while checking in but our Chinese friends are polite. The service manager “ Ice” had definitely tried her best to ensure that my stay at the hotel is good. Am thankful to her and to her colleagues who were very positive in taking the suggestions and were willing to improve the service. Overall , It was a good stay. A big thank you to ICE , although I couldn’t speak Chinese but she was patient and tried to communicate with me by using the translator service to her best. I think that should be the winning attitude. I respect her greatly for her attitude and professionalism. Simply “ INCREDIBLE ICE” 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The price is totally out of line, the facilities are old, the front desk has no service, the KTV on the fourth floor is full of movies all night, there is no soundproofing, and **** are everywhere.
