Helpful staff, nice hotel, but room air con can’t be really adjust so it was a bit too cold at night. Nice Park right at the opposite.

An okay place to check out. Large swimming pool. Breakfast is alright but not the best. Clean and friendly staff. Nowhere to eat outside though.

This is not my first time staying here. This time I have arranged a room on the fifth floor. Although the hotel is a bit old, the equipment is still very good and clean. This is not my first time staying at Junjing Hotel. It is the largest star-rated hotel in Jun'an. The hotel facilities are perfect. However, the check-in experience this time was very poor. I booked 4 rooms and I left a message when booking to request a non-smoking room. , my check-in time was around 4:30 pm. First of all, the front desk said that they could not find my order and it was a waste of time. When I went to the room, there were two rooms that had not been tidied up, and there were also two rooms that had been used by a guest. All the items and takeaways were intact, which was really disgusting. When I opened the door to another room, there was a very unpleasant smell of smoke. After that, a staff member came up to understand the situation but had a bad attitude. Fortunately, I went to the front desk manager and called him immediately. The room was arranged, but overall my family said the experience was very poor. In addition, there are also opinions that many large hotels have completely banned smoking in rooms, but Junjing still has smoking rooms. First of all, the rooms have no windows. Some uncivilized tourists opened the door and four people were smoking in the room. Even the corridor was filled with smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke is really unpleasant for non-smokers. 

I have stayed in Junjing many times and the price/performance ratio is very good.

The hotel has complete facilities and the front desk service is superb. They always greet you with a smile and are enthusiastic and proactive. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
