在樂從出差，到了之後大家都反饋不建議住百合。房間老舊，衞生還不好。入住後情況確實如此，房間大片發黴的痕跡，馬桶都是黃污漬，本來想着出差隨便隨便住一下就行，結果房間還漏水，我一雙Gucci鞋放在下面一整個滴濕透，水碰碰鞋子都摸到水珠，鞋皮很脆弱，紙擦擦皮都掉了，基本報廢了。漏水區域+鞋子情況拍照給前台看，客服經理還問沒滴多少水吧....不嚴重不生氣我還投訴反饋啊……最後就是説幫忙烘乾一下，我還特地跟客服説這個不建議烘乾，但也沒給其他處理方式....早上拿回來的時候我摸着也還是潮潮的…很無語，不建議住。懶得煩了，反饋了也沒什麼結果。ps工作人員還説早就反饋過漏水了，沒人處理？？？幾個意思我們是女生好欺負唄，早就知道情況，那漏水房間還給我。們。
