Echarm Hotel(Foshan Sanshui Wanda Plaza)

After staying in a hotel so many times, this is the first time I can't help but write a negative review. It was obviously a hotel for three to four hundred and one night, but the service was not as good as an ordinary Vienna hotel, and the experience was very poor. 1. The complimentary mineral water provided by the hotel is the smallest among the many hotels I have stayed in, and you can drink it in just a few sips. 2. The hotel is connected to the office building, so taking the elevator in the morning is simply torture. There are no elevators for guest rooms and office buildings, so you have to wait. 3. The hotel equipment is relatively old. The bedside of the room I stayed in didn’t even have a master control for the lights. The lights had to be turned off one by one. 4. What I am most speechless about is the breakfast. If there is no special discount, it costs 58 per person. I thought it was okay, but the fried rice noodles I ate actually had hair on them. I really can’t believe it. It was 8:40 a.m. this morning. Lucky for the customers who had breakfast early, I told the staff, and she just said sorry and took my plate away. In the end, there was nothing left. This was a great response. I told the front desk later. There is no compensation plan at all after this incident, which is quite amazing👍🏻 This is really the worst hotel experience, there will be no next time, thank you

The room is new, clean, spacious, and very quiet. It is a great and suitable choice to accompany my eldest daughter to take the postgraduate entrance examination. It is equipped with a large desk and a small table. The older one can use the large desk, and the younger daughter can also use the small table to do her homework. Don't worry about both. The hotel also provides many convenient facilities, including 4 washing machines and 2 dryers (although one dryer door was found to be broken), and there is a book bar and desk in the lobby on the first floor. It is also equipped with a gym, which is convenient for friends who are away from home to keep exercising. The breakfast buffet is on the third floor, offering steamed fried noodles, Western bread, various stir-fries, milk juice coffee, etc. You can eat everything from rice noodles to noodles cooked on site. The dishes are rich every day and rotate. The hotel staff are friendly. There is a security guard on duty at night to patrol the building, so safety is guaranteed.
