服務態度差，設施陳舊，打掃衞生就衹倒個垃圾，床都不整理，早上出去什麼樣子回來還是什麼樣子，詢問還找各種理由搪塞。

酒店的環境和氛圍都配得上這個價位，但是我覺得衞生方面還有待提高，可能是房間太久沒有清洗地毯的原因，一進門就很明顯的聞到一股口水味，可能是我對味道太過於敏感。
酒店早餐的自助很棒，有湯粉、炒粉、粥、蔬菜、水果等選擇。
床單等衞生用品很乾凈，看得出來是清洗過的，沒有異味。但是一進門就看到水台那裡有衹蟑螂。
總體來説還是非常不錯的，前台服務人員都很友善。

希望所有的女孩子單獨出去的時候，一定要注意安全。
我跟同事兩個女生一起到佛山出差，總共定了三晚。衞生什麼就不説了，三天連卷紙都沒換過一個新的。最主要的是安全方面得不到保證。
最離譜的是半夜12點被一個陌生男的假借醉酒為藉口敲我們房門，敲了3次差不多持續20多分鐘，第一次二次我們單純的以為是走錯門還好心提醒他走錯門，直到第三次對方男的明知在走錯門的情況下還拚命的敲我們門，還試圖開我們房門的鎖。直到我們説再敲就報警才罷手。
再説説酒店的作為，第三次開始的敲的時候我們就打電話給前台，有人敲我們讓趕緊處理。不知道過了幾分鐘酒店才有個男的上來處理。後面敲門的男子不知道是不是還在房間外面呆著隱隱約約能聽到外面有動靜，我們躲在房間一晚上不敢睡。酒店在處理完並沒有給我們一個解釋，直到第二天我去前台反饋才電話來解釋。解釋還是説這個男的喝醉酒了。也並沒有在酒店定房間。整個一個大無語。
第一，這個酒店的整個大樓是非常混雜的，除了酒店，還有其他KTv類似其他營業的。所以，導致一起進電梯的人員是非常混亂。
第二，酒店明知道再這種情況混雜的環境下，酒店服務人員很明顯在安全方面的意識都不夠。
第三，但凡我們裏面有個男的敲門的男的肯定都不會這麼猖狂。
最後，佛山作為一個文化旅遊都不錯的城市，維也納酒店又是作為佛山還不錯的老牌酒店，希望加強自己服務措施。

住過那麼多家維也納，這家都算是差到貼地，酒店又殘又舊，我訂的所謂豪華房，裏面的裝修好殘舊，而且衞生好差，我和閨蜜都質疑究竟有沒有搞衞生？被子一股煙味🚬睡在床上好癢，好像好多跳蚤那樣，渾身痕癢，本來可以下午兩點退房，但是十點就起床了，根本受不了，起床洗澡洗頭立刻退房走人，之前在綠島湖的維也納住過，裝修好又乾淨根本沒有上述情況，價格還比這家陳村維也納便宜70元，沒對比沒傷害，這家維也納慘不忍睹。

雖然偏僻了點，但好在酒店配套設施齊全，交通方便，停車場很大，有充電樁，去佛山市中心駕車也就10來分鐘，不想開車就在門口坐地鐵，2，3站可以去到大商場，很不錯哦
