地理位置：千燈湖下來走十分鐘不到。大樓進去先進到五樓，再往b5的電梯上20樓前台。
房間環境：乾淨衞生，有冰箱有洗衣機（雖然都沒使用），定的雙床房，每張床1.5米，睡得很好。春節期間房價不到300，良心價了。這裏的房間退房時間是下午兩點。
洗澡：冷水需要放三分鐘才出熱水，洗好一個，等二十分鐘以上。
周邊：有千燈湖夜市，走路十五分鐘左右，非常熱鬧，可以推薦去看看。
總的來説還是不錯的。

停車要自費，一晚50封頂。住在10樓，周邊也很不方便，想吃早餐要叫外賣，夜宵也是，樓下便利店不知道是不是 24小時，要左拐右拐就沒去。我們是情侶入住，床頭是白色的，真的很不吉利。開車的真的建議住酒店！！旁邊除了千燈湖也沒啥好逛的。

房間乾淨整潔，服務很好，走過去千燈湖很近，兩三分鐘就到了，還有一條夜市也挺近的，離地鐵800米，交通便利，晚上夜景也很美

離地鐵不像評論那麼近，有近一公里遠，而且公寓不太好找，設施也比較舊。不過老闆服務很好，主動升級了家庭房，周邊風景很不錯，靠近千燈湖

房間很大，床很大，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，客服回應很快，附近有千湖西街，方便買東西吃，可惜晚上沒有熱水，要等四十多分鐘才有熱水。
