The landlord Aunt Ling is very nice and responsible. She is a native of Shunde. Shunde gave me a good impression. I will stay in Shunde next time and recommend friends to stay.

這是在全國各地住民宿體驗最差的一次！不提供礦泉水，設備陳舊，連洗髮水都是過期的，除了離清暉園近以外，沒有任何優勢！十分親切的跟老闆進行了溝通，老闆竟然説他家的房子買來很貴，又是兩室兩廳，又提供洗衣機、廚房啥的，問題是，誰會在你那裡做飯呢？你買來的房子貴，跟你的服務跟不上，設備那麼陳舊又有何用呢？就跟你溝通幾句，還被你講，還説讓我退房之類的話，我也是第一次聽説有趕客人的房東，簡直刷新了我的世界觀。要不是實在太晚，小孩子都很累走不動，我真的是要退房了！一次無與倫比的民宿體驗，但是順德小吃還是很好吃的，順德的人還是熱情的，清暉園裡有免費寄存行李de，金榜上街那裡吃的很好，很多小吃可以選，還是不錯的體驗！就講到這裏吧！建議老闆到外de民宿去體驗下，不要坐井觀天，服務跟不上，誰也不買你的帳！這是我寫的最長的一次評價，到此為止吧！

仔細看房子是很破舊的，但看得出房主有很精心的維護，室內清潔工作還算不錯。洗衣機裏有很多毛絮，有點老舊；衞生間下水不是很通暢。房間其實是一個通間隔出來的，主卧和次卧的隔斷很薄。空調的風量不夠大。陽台上的定時澆花龍頭會出其不意的噴水出來，導致陽台永遠濕答答的。樓下停車位很緊張，40¥/過夜。另外廳裏的大鏡子中央有個銹點，不知道是水銀脱落還是後面有探頭，有點怕絲絲的

房東人很好，前一天沒人入住，讓我們可以提前辦理入住，我們帶着小孩再加上台風下雨天。實在有點狼狽，真的太感謝了，房子很乾凈，各種小物品都很齊全，像家一樣，所見及所得。

此次順德三晚的第二個民宿，還是給了我小驚喜。將近10年我的國內外旅行基本都是租民宿，規矩自然也都會遵守。第一個民宿住了一晚挺失望的，本來想去租酒店的了，來了這裏入住後決定留下了。房東很好溝通，沒給我發任何入住後禁止事項（第一家發了一頁紙的禁止事項），也沒要按金，感覺很好。原先估計會提前到需要寄存行李，房東也是一口答應，雖然後來不需要寄存了。房間很乾凈舒適温馨，空調有三台，對於這個季節很需要。此次旅行主題是美食，所以除了出門覓食大都宅家，用電視機看了好幾部電影。看累了陽台上可以遠眺城景。位置非常好，清暉園就在馬路對面。各種美食基本都是打車10元以內的距離。需要改進的地方就是衞生間台盆下水很慢，站立浴缸洗澡水都瀉到了地面，最好能整改一下。改淋浴房估計會好很多。如果下次來應該還會住。

真的是超級nice的房東姐姐，我們12點多到大順德，還沒有到達入住時間，想試着打電話問問能不能先放行李，姐姐就讓我們提前入住了。
房間很舒適很寬敞，我們一行三人都覺得很棒，強烈推薦給帶小朋友出門的家長，地理位置也很好，附近超級多好吃的。真的很推薦這個民宿了（分享一下民宿樓下的窗口的大眼怪，很可愛）
