非常不滿意！酒店設施還不錯，但是住兩晚之後身上莫名開始癢癢，很癢那種，退房之後腿上都是紅疙瘩。還有我有個手機充電頭退房時候忘拿了，退房時候阿姨就進房打掃，當時她已經發現了充電頭但是酒店一直沒有主動給我打電話説有物品遺失在房間，是我想起來打電話給酒店對方才説充電頭剛找到，是剛找到嗎？服務是我住過最差的酒店！

順德遊做攻略時候查到這家全季距離清暉園很近，又是2023年開業感覺比較新，而且週日大床房每晚382元的價格也很合理，於是在攜程預訂了兩晚。 從順德高鐵站門口坐公交約25分鐘左右下車步行100多米就是酒店。整個順德遊充分利用了酒店門口的公交車站，去清暉園4站10分鐘，步行10分鐘就是東菀市場很多美食。 辦理入住時候前台説在攜程預訂的時候就排好房間靠近馬路，睡覺的時候很吵，建議選擇靠近停車場另一邊的房間。另外退房時前台説在攜程預訂酒店的話，退房時間是12點而不是下午2點。 房間在10樓，空間很大，洗手枱與浴室衞生間分開這個設計很棒，床鋪很軟，被子很厚。第一晚空調調成最小風26度睡到半夜整個人冒汗喘不過氣。隔天與前台確認建議房間空調調成22-24度三擋風以上會比較舒適。房間整體挺乾淨的，小冰箱裏冰着四瓶農夫山泉與全季合作的礦泉水免費給客人用。點外賣也很方便，有機器人送到放門口。 酒店2樓設有洗衣機及烘乾機。還有一間迷你的健身房，一台單車一台跑步機。順德遊最後一天雷暴雨行程取消於是在健身房跑了五公里，跑步機很不錯，很加分。
