Viale Tower Hotel

I really liked this hotel! It's centrally located, right next to a bus stop where you can catch the 120 bus to both the waterfalls and the airport. The main bus terminal is about a 25-minute walk, and from there you can get a bus to Argentina. Breakfast was wonderful and extensive. The room was spacious, with hot water and air conditioning (which can also be used for heating). Everything was clean. I highly recommend it!

I would like to highlight the elevator overload, especially during peak hours, and the number of elevators is incompatible with the number of guests.

I got a promotion, so the price was fair. The service is excellent, especially in the coffee area. Speaking of which, the coffee was excellent, with a great variety and quality of products. The highlight is the pool with its panoramic view of the city.

The hotel is well located, however the elevator is very slow, and the parking fee is absurd. 47.25 reais per day. I do not recommend it. I have never paid that amount for hotel parking; in my opinion, it should be complimentary.

Breakfast was reasonable. Green fruit, very bad scrambled eggs, and low-quality machine-made coffee. The bathroom shampoo wasn't replenished for 2 days; there's a lack of care and attention. Great location and city view!

Excellent hotel. You can leave your luggage before check-in, the room is clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures work. Restaurants and a bus stop are nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the receptionists speak excellent English. The breakfast is delicious and varied.
