Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Adina Aparthotel. It is ideally located very close to a main underground, plenty of shops and close to the city centre. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. The breakfast had everything you'd need depending on your preferences and the food is very fresh when you go down just after breakfast opening. We had a 15th floor room, which had a beautiful view towards the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt!

Everything breaks down and staff takes 2-4 days to get them fixed. 1)curtain pole fell on my head that I almost got hit 2)dryer displayed red light 3)portable heater did not work despite having turned it on all night long. Plus many staff just lie and get argumentative.

Close to center, great views if you are on one of the top floors. Not ideal that there is no restaurant facilities in hotel for dinner.

Good location near the train station, but quiet and free of what is at the north-east of the station.  Walkable to all the important sights.

Excellent location with a gym and indoor pool plus In-room kitchenette.

The hotel facilities are really good overall. I think it is a good place for 3 or 5 people to stay for a business trip. However, the breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel. It is very comparable to Adina in Vienna. There are not many food options, and the bacon and bread in particular were very bad.

Convenient, near the riverside and tram station.

Huge room with washing machine/dryer in the room. A decent size kitchen with all the amenities available. There is a dining table and a small living room, and a working desk at the corner. Views from the balcony!!!!! It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip. Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face. Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast
