Hotels near Nordpark in Frankfurt

It was a nice stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and made a good impression. The room of me had no beautiful view, but from the hall there was a nice view of the skyline. The lack of staff at check-in was confusing at the beginning but the condition of check-in machines was simple and it went quickly. Breakfast was also good and you had a pleasant night

The hotel is very convenient, but the price is not worthwhile. The hotel is located in the large shopping centre (which has the same name) near the hotel. I also took a taxi to the central station. I was charged EUR 23. The room was large and the comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. The dining room is functional without any more. The hotel has a very convenient garage to leave the car and go to the city in Metro if you want. The view is that of a great city. I had a ”bird flight” from my window on the large glass roof of a large public pool (Open to all, at EUR 12 for 2 hours).

Very good hotel, price/performance is true. Eating good, spa area as well. Specially to highlight is the bar, which is very well equipped, it is worth looking into the board itself, as there are some spirits that are not on the map. Good choice of whiskeys. Very pleasant atmosphere and a great barman who can enchante a great old fashioned, which is not listed on the map, which is not even the one who can claim to be so well filled with extra wishes. The price of the hotel is real, the breakfast is plentiful, the parking is free, and the rail transit U5 is convenient to the Roman Forum. It can be said to be a better choice! The only thing I didn’t figure out was that the city tax was charged for two people at the time of check-in. The front desk at the check-out asked us to pay for the 5-year-old child. The entire German itinerary was the only stop that charged the child city tax. I felt cheated.

Lufthansa missed its own connections so forced us here. It’s WAY from Frankfurt airport. Others at front desk complaining their rooms were already occupied!! NO AIR CONDITIONING. Hot as heck in the rooms. They do offer fans but how can a supposed four star hotel (per Lufthansa) not have AC? They do have buffet dinner and breakfast but that is all LH negotiated in.

I have already stayed two times in this hotel and I find it delicious. Comfortable to everything: the fair is also walking, in the centre with public means and is located in a beautiful residential and quiet neighborhood (Bockenheim), near a university. It is a historic hotel, but well-reconstructed. With a wide and bright atmosphere, excellent rooms. Perfect breakfast: salty and sweet, nothing missing. Personal in the room and at the reception: professional and gentle. There is a fish restaurant near the hotel or there are several restaurants in the neighborhood less than 500 metres.

Had been declined after several stays in the ”Mövenpick”, from 2019 and then to Corona again 2022 ”Rilano”, now at the end of September 2023 again for three nights in the ”elaya” house. E-mail reservation at the end of March 2023 simple and easy, E-mail fine adjustment just before the stay led to a room in absolute desire, super! This as usual without fault and mistake - very spacious, maintained and clean. A absolute plus is that the large window can be completely opened, there comes cold and fresh air all night in ... My stay is very pleasant, the breakfast buffet is extensive, fresh egg food is prepared quickly. Lunch and dinner were made in my case (2 sessions closelessly) Each offered in the form of a hot buffet, very good choice, but DAS is not my thing in principle ... - and the previously very appreciated muvenpick ice cream is not offered any more than night table since ”Rilano”/”elaya”, a real manko! The bar is a nice place to make hard days, there you have remembered again and welcomed me and my preferences - very professional! The staff in all areas very friendly, in general, I felt well in this House and I will take the next opportunity to go back there.

Full marks must be given. The location is excellent, the Central Railway Station is right outside, the subway and bus are also very convenient, and there are supermarkets nearby. The room size is moderate and the hardware facilities are good. The most important thing is that the price is quite affordable and the price/performance ratio is too high. It is probably close to this price in this location in China. Highly recommended, the front desk service attitude is also very good.

Service and location is good. But the street outside was very dirty and full of homeless people. The elevator in the hotel is very loud, and our room was right next to the elevator, which was a little difficult

Okay, es ist ein neues Haus, und einiges muss sich noch eingrooven. Hier sind an erster Stelle die überaus unmotivierten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption zu nennen. Die sehen einen zwar vom Hinterzimmer aus, aber lassen einen trotzdem stehen und quatschen ganz in Ruhe weiter. So 2x geschehen: Bei An- und Abreise, mit unterschiedlichen MA. Auch dass man im Restaurant den noch halb vollen Teller mit der Frage, ob man denn schon abräumen dürfe, unter der Gabel weggezogen bekommt, wenn man nicht interveniert, bedarf noch eines gewissen Trainings. Wir waren 4x da essen - immer das Gleiche. Ein bißchen von der Übermotivation hier an die Rezeption getragen, und schon tät's passen. Das Essen indes ist okay - das Frühstück würde ich als gut einstufen. Was wiederum das Attribut gut nicht verdient ist das Design- und insbesondere das Beleuchtungskonzept. Eine Bahnhofshalle in der tschechischen Provinz ist vom Licht her etwa genau so gemütlich wie diese Hotelhalle. Okay, kann passieren. Doch dann kommt man auf's Zimmer: Genau das Gleiche. Überhaupt: Das Haus ist zwar ein Business-Hotel, aber warum muss man so ungemütlich und unwohnlich gestalten? Kalte, unfreundliche Farben treffen auf sinnlos geformte Möbelstücke (vgl. Nachttisch) und ein ebenso sinnloses Schaltkonzept für das Licht im Raum. Wohlfühlen geht irgendwie nicht...jedenfalls nicht in meinem Zimmer. Letzteres war sehr groß (womöglich eine Junior-Suite), aber so merkwürdig möbliert, dass man mit dem Platz nichts anfangen kann. Übrigens auch nicht mit dem großen Bad und der übergroßen Dusche (wäre sie ein Aufzug, wäre dieser für mind. 16 Personen zugelassen). Trotzdem hat es nicht für eine Handtuchstange gereicht. Der Fernseher (bzw. vielmehr die Datenleitung zu ihm hin) war defekt - nur jedes zweite Programm war empfangbar. Was gut war: Das Bett. Die Matratze war angenehm straff, und es gab zumindest ein Kissen mit Federn. Vorbildlich. Auch die Lärmabschottung durch die Fenster (Blick auf die 4-gleisige Bahnstrecke bzw. das neue Veranstaltungszentrum direkt nebenan) ist top. Man darf das Fenster halt nicht aufmachen... Alles in Allem: Okay, kann man wieder hingehen (speziell wenn man im Vilco zu tun hat). Aber um gemütlich und entspannt zu übernachten gibt es in der Gegend vielleicht bessere Angebote.
