The perfect place to relax. It's an extremely clean, quiet hotel, the swimming pool is an asset for the colder days, the pool hours for children may be a less pleasant point, but for those travelling without children it's perfect. The breakfast is very good, the Tertúlia restaurant serves delicious meals, as does the Bistro. Everything is perfect. I recommend the spa, Turkish bath (shame there's no eucalyptus smell in an area with so much vegetation, they could have taken that into account), and the sauna. The massages are marvellous. The most important thing I want to emphasise is the hotel staff. Attentive, careful, always with a smile. We felt at home! Thank you all, you stay in my heart!

All team is amazing. Really good experience with family or in couple. 5* experience. Breakfast with high quality and local products. Good restaurants near the hotel. TERTULIA restaurant is an excelent option for dinner. Everything well designed and focused on the customer.

Agradecemos a todos os elementos que compõe o staff ( todos sem exceção) a simpatia, educação e amabilidade incrível, pois ajudam a proporcionar uma estadia memorável. É um hotel ainda “bébé” acabado de ser inaugurado , e como qualquer crescimento existem pequeninos pormenores ( que nem são importantes de relevar ) a ser melhorados , mas faz parte do processo e não abalam (de todo )a estadia. Os quartos são de boa qualidade e conforto , estando tudo muito bem estruturado… e a piscina … bem … essa tem uma vista maravilhosa sobre a serra.

O Hotel superou as nossas expectativas! O quarto foi uma agradável surpresa pela sua dimensão e decoração, fantástico! Toda a envolvência do hotel é muito bonita, decoração acolhedora e moderna! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis a proporcionar uma boa estadia. Piscina interior e spa muito agradáveis, mas infelizmente com muita afluência! Na minha opinião deveria ser por marcação prévia de forma a proporcionar uma melhor experiência aos hóspedes. Pequeno almoço com muita diversidade e qualidade! O restaurante do hotel, o Tertúlia, é simplesmente divinal. Tivemos um jantar maravilhoso. Recomendo! Sem dúvida a repetir! Até breve

Hotel com decoração acolhedora e envolvente. Quartos modernos e espaçosos. Pequeno almoço variado com mesa de produtos regionais. Funcionários espetaculares simpáticos e acolhedores preocupados com os clientes. Piscina pequena mas suficiente para relaxar num ambiente óptimo. Tivemos oferta de duas massagens e a Sofia fez as maravilhas da bebe de 2 anos que ficou fã… os pais também… em alturas de maior afluência pode não ser tao relaxante mas para nós foi uma experiência a repetir.

Tudo impecável, em todos os aspetos, a receção a estadia foi tudo top! O bistro é super delicioso, o spa é muito bonito e aconchegante.
