房間裝修很新，設施也很新，這個價位性價比非常高。酒店位置很好，周圍小吃很多！重要的是老闆娘人很好，耳機落床上了，過了幾天回到上海才發現，給老闆娘打電話，馬上向保潔瞭解，並安排寄了順豐快遞，發的紅包也沒收，太感動了！五星好評，極力推薦！

洗澡水特別大，各種用品都體現出老闆娘的用心
連枕頭都是兩種類型的配置，非常細節0這個價位吊打我同事訂的其他200的酒店

怎麼説呢 大早上的樓上就滴滴咚咚 還有電鋸的聲音不知道是在修什麼東西 那也應該中午的時候再修吧 大早上的顧客都還在休息是 別的衞生啊倒是挺乾淨的 第一次去睡的時候挺滿意 挺安靜的所以第二場還選擇住這裏沒想到第二次會是這種體驗

有免費停車，在菜場底下，下了停車場右轉走到頭，會靠酒店近點，車位但是超大。女老闆挺熱心幫忙搬行李，剛説不用不用，話沒説完已經把行李搬走了，手腳麻利，設施很新，用的那些一次性的東西一看就是細心挑選的，洗手液，洗髮液味道很好聞，裝修不錯，性價比超高。

房間太小，太吵人了，找停車場繞了半個小時，晚上窗外大車，小車，摩託車吵得一晚都沒睡，最後攜程客服解決問題房價打了對摺，對這樣的酒店真的沒什麼好説的的了，

酒店位置很熱鬧，樓下就是農貿市場，有共用的地下停車位，吃飯也方便，樓下的幾家口味都不錯，美中不足，酒店沒有電梯，住到高樓層需要體力搬運行李。

自駕219途經福貢，福貢縣城不大，在怒江邊依山而建，朋來賓館設施設備、洗浴洗漱用品很新很全，衞生做的也很到位，衞生間比較小，但是洗浴洗漱總體感覺還是不錯的。賓館基本位於中心地帶，購物吃飯都很方便，我們選擇二樓，晚上外面還是比較安靜的。停車免費，停車場位於賓館旁邊地下車庫，沒有電梯上來，帶拉桿箱的朋友可以從賓館後面斜坡處上來，可以避免爬樓梯的不方便。
順便提醒一下店家，若有客人晚到或者晚回，提醒小點聲音，避免影響其它客人。
總之，賓館性價比很高，推薦入住。
