這是幾天出遊體驗感最差的一家酒店， 房間沒有抽紙，沒有電話，還收取按金，半夜4點鐘被蚊子咬醒，給前台打電話，沒有人接，然後下樓到大廳沒有一個人，值班的沒有，保安沒有，返回房間也不敢睡覺。早上退房給前台講，前台兩個服務員愛搭不理的。服務態度非常差。希望大家避坑。

去烏倫古湖福海住一晚，辦理入住時就不爽，大堂鬧哄哄，前台服務態度差，帶盒耳機放在枕頭下忘拿，當班服務員説沒看到，酒店床上用品一人一換，所以衹能説這個服務員不誠實。去福海推薦住北屯，同樣在烏倫古湖附近，性價比更高。
