About the Room We were assigned a sea-view room on the first basement floor. It was an eight-tatami mat room. The sea was right in front of us, and the sound of the waves was always a pleasant sound to the ears. All drinks in the room are charged. Also, there is a bathroom in the room, and both the bathroom and toilet have a Showa-era atmosphere. About the Baths The Roman bath only has washing areas for four people. The bathtub is also small, and it becomes full with six people. However, the design of both the bathtub and the changing room is elaborate, so it is worth seeing. In contrast, the cave bath has many washing areas that extend far into the cave. The bathtub is also long and extends far back, and is spacious enough to comfortably fit 10 or 15 people. However, what is most frightening is that there are old lanterns and torii gates in the dim light. Furthermore, it is said that it was used as a punishment room for children a long time ago, which makes it even more frightening, but it is worth seeing.

Experience authentic Japanese style – old-fashioned and rustic. Transportation is extremely inconvenient; even taking a taxi involves going up a slope.

Will not stay again! Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. Geographical location! The only two hotels on the island are located in the middle of the street, so it is convenient to go anywhere and you don’t have to worry about not being able to find them. 2. Scenery: you can see Mount Fuji and the sea outside the window, see picture. Disadvantages: 1. The food, although filling up a large table, only looks good in photos. The set meals in any small shop on the island are better than this! The only seafood available were grilled shrimps, grilled fish and grilled conchs. There was no sashimi. Apart from this main dish, everything else could be considered various pickles! The same goes for dinner and breakfast! Just exquisite posing! Look at the pictures. 2. The hot springs are useless, the Roman pool is dirty, the cave pool is unique but very small and spooky, and there is a shrine inside. The atmosphere is really unacceptable. The hot spring pool is just an old bathhouse with mosaics, and you can't see the hot spring outlet. If the Hakone open-air bath is rated 10 points, this place can only be rated 1 point. 3. No service. After about 10 o'clock in the evening, there was only an old man on duty. I wanted a pot of hot water and waited for an hour for him to come back. During this time, I called the front desk but no one answered. 4. The hotel is very old, very old, and all the facilities are outdated. The hotel also smells bad, probably because they provide meals in the rooms! 5. The price is super expensive. For our family of four, one night and two meals cost 4,000 yuan. Compared with a Japanese hotel in Hakone, the same beautiful view of Mount Fuji + superb hot springs + a buffet of more than 100 dishes only costs 2,600 per day. This price-performance ratio is really too low.

After all, it is a traditional Japanese hotel.

It's in the middle of Enoshima Pedestrian Street. It takes about 2 minutes to go up the slope with luggage, but the hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very comfortable in Japanese style, and you can see Mount Fuji when you open the window of the room! The service staff are very friendly, highly recommended!
