Checkin was not great, never received the code needed to access the building. Took about 24hrs to get a reply to our written request on the code from customer service. Luckily we got a native speaker to call and get the code the same night as checkin but still a bad experience. Apart from that great apartment, location etc. Superb location for exploring Fukuoka.

It's unmanned. There was some difficulty during the check-in process. It was also inconvenient to contact the hotel.
The day was very humid and hot, and it was really difficult to go in from the outside and check-in was delayed from outside.
It was also disappointing that check-in was quite late at 5 o'clock.
Next time, if possible, I'll try to get to a place where there's an employee at the counter.
The condition of the accommodation itself was okay.
It is located between Tenjin Station and Hakata Station.
Since my travel schedule involves frequent travel through stations, I thought it would be better to take one that is close to one of the stations.

It’s really close to Canal City.
There was a washing machine inside, so I was able to conveniently do laundry as soon as I checked in. The motsunabe restaurant in front of the accommodation is pretty good. It is spacious, comfortable, and close to other nearby facilities.
One leg of the sofa bed was broken from the beginning and was not repaired, so it was uncomfortable while I was sleeping. I wish the explanation of check-in was more detailed. When going in, people who didn't know the entrance number were knocking and trying to come in.

The room was bright and clean! It's close to Canal City, so it's very convenient!
The trouble is,
There is no Wi-Fi password information, only one face towel for multiple nights, and only one day's worth of bath towels.
The pillows, towels, and other linens had a fishy, semi-dry smell.
There are no hairbrushes, so be careful with your toiletries!
I was able to get a phone call to the management company right away, and had the missing items taken care of the next day. It was helpful!

트리플룸은 사진상으로는 침대2개 소파베드 1개 로 보이지만, 실제로는 침대 방에 1개 바닥에 까는 매트리스1개, 소파베드1개 이렇게 구성되어있었다. 사진보다 나쁜 구성으로 되어있는 방이라면 금액도 낮아져하는것이 아닌가?
컴플레인을 하고싶어도 무인숙소라서 컴플레인을 할 수 없다.
그래도 숙소가 전반적으로 잘 관리되어있는것 같다는 인상이 들고, 깔끔하고, 위치가 아주 좋아서 나쁘지 않았다.

쿼드 묵었고 3~4인 가족 단위로 딱 입니다.
바로 앞에 리버뷰는 만족스럽고요.
청결 상태는 별로였어요
침대에 머리카락이 많이 보였구요
