We just arrived home and we're already looking to return. The hotel is wonderful... quiet, cozy and clean. The staff is perfect, always trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent location, excellent recuperation of a XVI Franciscan convent with really nice and very helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious and well kept, the front office impeccable from the reservation over the phone, the check-out. They provided a lot of informations on te surrounding area. The bar and restaurant staff was great and very friendly, light dinner was very good, even he chef came out to ask if all was fine. Breakfast is really good. The indoor and outdoor pool were great (some minor details on the indoor pool need attention) the gym simple but well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and the kindness of the staff. You feel the staff is really proud to work there. We can only recommend it.
