There was no Wi-Fi in the bedroom, and it didn’t even offer options for Wi-Fi networks to connect with. The mobile signal for EE was also non-existent. So, I tried working from reception with a laptop to do email and Zoom/team calls. As breakfast room too busy and noisy. And had to cancel the meeting mid way as the signal was too poor to continue. Staff just said they are waiting for it to be sorted, and known issue and to keep trying different areas of building.
