Neveah helped us in our trip. Very positive and always willing to help. Hotel helped us in organising sight seeing. Irrespective of the time of the day, the front desk and housekeeping staff always met our expectations. While breakfast had limited options but the staff was trying to give out the best to meet your taste as best as they could. The staff is excellent.

十一假期出行，全家都誇我選的這個酒店非常好，設施服務都不錯，乾淨寬敞人不多，離長白山西坡20分鐘車程，晚上去松江河吃晚餐，回來在酒店温泉泡一泡，不要太舒服，早上在旁邊的三江匯合處拍美景，房間裏就能遠眺長白山。這個假期真開心！

不會再選擇入住的酒店。十一期間酒店可能是不缺客人吧，比平時貴了很多，但服務完全配不上這個價位，首先導航到酒店但疑惑怎麼不是攜程上這個“觀嵐温泉”的名字，大大的招牌“温德姆酒店”，我還以為找錯了酒店。前台辦理入住拿到房卡，也沒有註明是哪個房間，也沒有門僮幫長者拿行李，走進電梯才意識到不知道九層哪個房間，折返（無語），進入房間映入眼簾是很美的三江滙，但窗外的小陽台遮擋了視線，不清楚怎麼設計的，還有被床頭遮擋插不進去的電源；打不通的內線電話；和大眾浴池別無二致的渾濁的温泉泡池（早上不換水每天衹有下午才能進入）；水淋淋很容易滑倒的樓梯；丟失了鏡頭的擺設望遠鏡；附近冷冷清清找不到餐飲飯店。。。總之非常失望的一次選擇，不會再入住第二次。

房間裏的遙控器沒有電池！！！給前台打電話讓送電池，服務員説會送，但不知道幾點送到。5001巨冷無比，空調沒有暖風，開到34.5，房間還是持續在20度。大概是挨着中央空調組櫃，所以有異響，一夜沒睡好，第二天跟服務員協調後換到4樓居中位置，還好一點。早餐更不用説了，跟打仗一般，啥啥都沒有。看圖吧。
對對，還有温泉，室外衹開兩個池，室內衹有四個池，水温39℃以上，孩子根本玩兒不了，完全沒有體驗感。

前台美女（丞相）服務耐心周到，細心解答各種疑問！推薦了很多好吃的！樓頂温泉是亮點，房間不小！早餐可以品種也不算少，就是酒店周邊沒有什麼吃的，自駕去鎮上會有很多吃的！酒店附近景色優美房間就能看到長白山哦！

服務人員熱情周到，酒店設施比較新，房間很大，整體環境很好，早餐品種也很多，非用餐時間餐廳也可以點餐而且菜量特別大。入住第一天房間送了水果。酒店位置離長白山西坡20分鐘車程左右，前台服務人員會幫忙叫車。酒店有温泉，但我去的那兩天天氣比較涼了，室外温泉沒有開。整體入住體驗非常好，性價比也高。

酒店周邊環境優美，二樓平台的温泉湯池温度適宜，一家老小其樂融融。前台還温馨的升級了房間，房間乾淨衞生，早餐美味可口，酒店超市物美價廉，服務周到。特別表揚一下前台的小夥，服務態度很好。

下午6點才到長白山，一到酒店，服務員熱情接待，看我帶了2個孩子，又是會員，直接把我升級成了親子套房。房間圖片跟展示完全一樣，寬敞整潔。温泉是從下午的一點到晚上的8點半，3樓是網紅温泉，無邊泳池。非常出片。一天的勞累頓時全無。早餐是自助餐從早上7點到9點半，品種多樣，適合各種口味。如果吃飯酒店的中餐廳也是量大價優，可以優先選擇。如果想去別的地方吃，出門到了大路左傳10米後右轉，有一家好日子餐廳也是量大價優，十分美味，大家真的可以不用叫外賣。這麼好的夜晚，泡個温泉，小酌一杯，豈不美哉？

超級贊。應該是長白山西區性價比最高的酒店了，前面就是縣政府，旁邊一條河，風景無敵，可以在無邊際泳池看着白雲山泡温泉。前台服務和客房服務超級好，為漂亮的王亞男mm點贊。一樓的全日餐廳味道不錯，那88元的尖椒炒黃牛肉是我吃過最多牛肉的了。
