服務態度還可以，酒店設備設施陳舊、破舊。軟裝陳舊，牆體有水印發黴現象。酒店的主題立意可以。電梯有一個沒使用，在用的那個破舊。所以感覺收費貴了，消費住宿享受舒適度低。

地理位置挺方便，附近就是公交站。離三坊七巷其實有一段距離，走過去不算近，但是這家算性價比比較高的店嗎。房間光線有點暗，其他還好。

我覺得這個酒店比較好 一進來就給人一種温馨的感覺 樓下有小賣鋪 買東西什麼的都很方便 樓上還有麻將館 我很喜歡這個酒店的風格 每個房間都有每個房間的含義 very good 太棒了 我很喜歡 我男朋友也很喜歡 説下次來福州還要住這家酒店 前台的小姐姐很漂亮 我一個女生都很喜歡。

衞生極差！還剛裝修的酒店？最少7-8年了！牆面都是泡了的！酒店門還是壞的，不能反鎖！
找前台，前台隨口就説都是這樣的，警察要求的。
我問他，你對你説的話負責嗎？我都電話錄音呢。
店家就説，那給你換吧。
換了一個房子鎖就是好的。啪啪打臉，啥都不説了。但是反鎖的鎖是好的了，鐵鏈是斷掉的。
屋子都是發黴的味道！衞生間玻璃上的污漬到處都是！床頭都掉漆皮了！窗台的坐墊臟的一圈一圈的！所有的問題，我都有照片為證！千萬千萬不能來這種酒店。出差出行這麼多回，沒見過這麼差的酒店！80一間的，都比這強！就這還賣200一間！啥都不是！

酒店環境不錯，前台看我行李拿的多，還幫我拿到電梯那邊去，來的比較晚，然後看我一起住的人比較多，房間也給我免費升級成有窗的啊，適合出差，房間也不錯，挺大的，這個價格在市中心已經很不錯了，有個小小的建議，就是停車問題比較難解決一點，這邊停車是要自費的
