隔音不是太好，體驗最不好的就是，把有償使用的水放在最顯眼的地方，免費贈送的放櫃子角落。作為近三百的房間，這樣給人感受不太好。

開了很多年的酒店了，運營規範乾淨整潔，來開會都住這兒，出門方便，離地鐵2號線很近，而且前台也很熱情，床也舒服。性價比還是很高的

房間挺寬敞的，採光也不錯！而且遠方就是青山視野很開闊，住着舒服。空氣新鮮周邊也不圓滿。特別是就在地鐵口，出地鐵就到酒店，特別方便。

春節期間為了爬鼓山近便，住了一晚。價格挺好的，對比市區內瘋狂漲價的酒店，這裏的性價比其實較高，酒店條件不錯，早餐豐富，服務熱情。位置出門就是地鐵二號線，離鼓山一站路，離南門兜四站路，有地鐵加持，這裏去旅遊景點還是挺方便的。

先説優點：
1.離地鐵出口30秒的距離；
2.前台服務態度蠻好，雖然説的都是一套甩鍋的套話；
3.雙層窗户，馬路隔音非常好；
再説缺點；
1.空調出風口牆體發黴，如下圖；
2.衞生間有裂縫；
3.房間沒有大燈；
4.房間之間隔音差；
！！！重點是晚上11.40洗澡發現沒有熱水，打給前台説等一會可能會有，我等到凌晨1點，水反而更冷了，直接沒洗澡，本來訂的三晚的，第二天白天直接換了更便宜質量更好的別的房間。
本來想着十多年的老酒店了，品質應該不錯，完全勸退我了。

1，房間隔音效果太差，樓上洗澡的下水聲音嘩啦啦的，11:00多開始持續了大約40分鐘，暈倒。2，地漏滴水滴滴答答。3，無線Wi-Fi幾乎是廢的，經常掉線和連不上線；就很奇怪，衹有這個房間連不上；4、15樓靠馬路，窗户不隔音，一個晚上的汽車和施工車輛，土方車經過，噪音都很大；5，樓板隔音也差，樓上講話也聽的到，走動的拖鞋叭叭叭的聲，困擾。6、早餐廳太小，菜品也不多，這個價位，不強求了。表揚：1、提供零食和小點心，這一點很不錯，2，礦泉水是景田的也滿意，就是太小了。3，服務員的態度不錯，贊一下！

房間是老裝修，剛一看感覺還好，細看衞生間裏沒有門，私密不好，感覺很奇怪；衣櫃的門不知道和哪裡相連，使用衞生間時，衣櫃門一直有是有怪響，有些恐怖；，一個房間2份早餐卷、不允許第一天入住沒有早餐券時用一次，網上訂單比店裡訂單提前2小時退房，前台一説就是網上訂單這樣，是瞧不起網上訂單嘍，網上線下服務內容不一致，那還做什麼網上推廣，總之體驗感極差 。不會來下次
