The hygiene was a mess, the carpets were dirty and damaged. There was a stench in the room. To say it smelled might be a bit exaggerated, but it was really stinky. Opening the door and windows to ventilate it for half an hour had no effect at all. The sound insulation is very poor, people walking by the door can be heard clearly. Breakfast is also incomparable. It ends at 10 o'clock, but almost everything is gone before 9 o'clock. The milk jug is always empty, and only the staff added a fried rice during this period. All the plates were almost empty or had a little bit of residue on them. There are no eggs. Worst stay in Vienna.

Booked a business king room. The room facilities are too old, and there is a sense of age everywhere. The air conditioner is quite loud, and the sofa is so worn that I dare not lie on it. Feeling uncomfortable to stay.
