送了2張温泉票，但是跟自己來的客人還是不一樣的，沒有手機防水袋，也沒有儲物櫃給你存儲，然後從頭到尾沒有換的浴巾啥的。最差勁的是房間裏一直有滴滴聲，很隨機的聲音，打電話給前台，前台直接説我也沒有辦法啊！從來沒有住過一個酒店像這個一樣，態度差，滴滴聲吵了一夜！

優點是房間很大，而且房間裏的温泉真不錯，泡了幾天覺得皮膚滑滑的，放水很快沒多久就能放滿一池。
缺點是房間設計者好像沒考慮過夜住宿的需求，沒有放行李箱的行李架，女士化粧也沒有適合的光源。住宿期間碰上福州下雨，房間裏沒有放傘，問前台借傘，告訴我整個酒店都沒有備傘，這個有點無語。

房間超乾淨，早餐很豐富，我們的房間有一個大圓桌有家的感覺，有室外溫泉加上房間有溫泉池，真的很放松

要不是跳了兩次閘，本來應該是妥妥的好評，可能酒店年代久一些了，快點檢修吧，福州真温泉，下次還來住！！

看攻略都説來了福州怎麼能不泡温泉呢 最後一晚停留選擇了這家
謝謝3.21號中午幫我們辦理入住的員工小姐姐服務意識滿滿 電話裏幫我指路又提前出來幫我拿行李 還幫我安排了轉天離店前的早餐問題
入住的時候也提示我預訂的房間情況 因為定的有點匆忙我也沒看仔細 都要多謝她的提醒
這個八百多一晚的價格我其實覺得有點點貴的 晚上十點半之後還能聽到走道里清晰的説話聲 對於睡眠衰弱的人實屬打擊 有私湯這點確實方便 下午到酒店之後户外湯池的員工好心建議我們還是早上再去因為當時已經很多人了 建議先用房間內設施 這個安排確實適合帶着長者這種 也謝謝户外湯池的員工

酒店的服務和温泉湯水質有驚喜！作為泡遍日本全境的老湯客，對明谷行館點贊！房間大適合帶小朋友和長者來，現在是淡季室外的湯池人非常少！所以體驗很好，隨便一拍也都是大片既是感，希望哪怕未來忙季也能保持這樣的水準，這次訂的最普通的客房都非常好，可惜時間太短下次來想試試按摩服務。套餐包含晚餐和早餐➕室外湯票性價比很高！而且行館就在温泉公園內！可以飯後散步和參觀博物館挺好的

朋友説福州特色是温泉♨️，冬天不想去户外，私湯是很不錯的選擇！這家是在温泉博物館的體驗區，正中下懷～
環境不錯👍、有歡迎水果和送餐服務，另外送的户外温泉這次沒有去，有機會體驗下吧～
