Place is quiet and next to a convenience store. But it allows smoking so it can be rather unsuitable to those who are sensitive to the smell. Free laundry though, so that's a plus!

酒店的位置距離三坊七巷很近，步行過去就可以了。酒店有免費地下停車位，我這次運氣很好，停車非常方便。房間有電視開機方便，WIFI信號很好，房間內有電話可以正常使用。房間的衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間不大，但是設備齊全。服務枱的工作人員和保潔員對待顧客都非常熱情，友好。

這家是在離三坊七巷這麼的地方性價比最高的酒店了，裏面的服務員和前台態度都特別的好，都是主動提供旅遊景點的，還跟你説注意事項什麼的，我這個房間的床特別大，旁邊就是洗衣房，隔音有點不好，但晚上一般就沒啥聲音了，離地鐵也很近，去哪裡都好方便！

服務優質，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，購物、吃飯方便。專用地下停車場，停車方便。有電梯搬行李方便。吃飯方便。WiFi速度快，好用。就是房間太小，沒有外窗，很悶。交通便利。去哪個景點都方便。

酒店位於福州地鐵一號線南門兜站和茶亭站之間，門口步行1分鐘就有公交車站，出行十分方便，設施方面：估計是商場改建的很多房間的窗户都是靠走廊和通道，光線和隔音差了些，有人講話走路特別是開關房門聲音都很清晰，前台服務人員態度很好，辦理入住手續很快，還像我們介紹了周邊的景點並指引路線，提個小建議，因為房間小通風也不太好，走廊裏可以多放置幾個桌椅方便住客們吃吃東西坐着休息一下，以後還會來住
