I had a lovely stay at the Sevach apartments with my sister and parents. We had separate apartments, my parents on the ground floor, and me and my sister on the first floor. Our room was lovely, we were able to split the beds into 2 singles and we had a nice (compact) bathroom but great shower (my parents said there shower wasn't adjustable like ours, which they would've preferred). The rooms were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels every few days.
Antigone was always really helpful with all our needs.
My only small note would be the apartments are on a very busy road, which can be tricky to cross to get to the beach and can be noisy on the balcony but not too bad overnight with the air conditioning on and wearing earplugs!
The beach just opposite the apartments is lovely and Kalimaki taverna there is great, we pretty much ate there every night. Easy bus ride into Chania from nearby bus stop, worth it to visit the old town for the shops and restaurants.
