Park House Hotel

The whole team at this hotel takes pride in the quality of service and meeting guest needs. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the heart of Galway City. We had a room in the rear wing with a view of the entrance to the car park (which is quite difficult to find in the dark— be sure to put “Park House Hotel Car Park” into your map app). As other reviews note, the decor is fairly dated but immaculately maintained. The bed was a bit on the firm side but still comfortable. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner.

Nice older hotel. Spacious, comfortable, clean as a whistle and well maintained. Service in the dining room is superb and the food too was very good. Everything was very nice! There was a fun market on the city square next door when we visited. Only thing I'd change is a better in-room coffee set-up. Instant in packets and a kettle is not in keeping with the luxury found elsewhere throughout the hotel.

Nice hotel, great staff and service, super friendly bartenders, perfect location, convenient to bars, restaurants and train station. No need for a car. I would definitely come back. Rooms were a nice size, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms.

Check in was smooth and professional. Breakfasts were exceptional. Staff worked as a team and it showed. There was a sense of pride in the service, food and atmosphere. We had contacted the Hotel long before our trip to be sure there was laundry service. We dropped off the bags, carried on with our day and returned to find it folded and back in our room. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower and amenities were nice!

This place won't disappoint. It is classy, clean and professionally run. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Centrally located so you can walk everywhere but far away enough from the bars to be quiet. Food and drinks were also spot on. The staff also could not have been more helpful with suggestions

We had a family celebration meal here last night and I cannot praise the hotel enough from start to finish. A lovely young lad looked after parking my car. The bar staff were so friendly. We had a meal booked in the restaurant and we were just blown away with the attention we got on a very busy evening there. Our table was set up were a birthday banner and a personalised menu for my Dad's 80th. There was at least 2 other birthdays and 3 other Anniversary's set up while we were there. It was a very thoughtful thing to do and just added to the night. The food was exceptional (as it always is), and i have to say very reasonable. Its very clear that the staff at this hotel are well looked after as they seem very happy in their jobs. I would be very quick to complain if something wasn't right but this hotel is faultless. Keep up the amazing work and well done to the wonderful staff

A very quiet, clean hotel with nice amenities in the room, plenty of space for personal toiletries in the bathroom, a very nice breakfast, pleasant employee who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We were happy with our stay there.

Went in for a quick lunch as my grandad loves the restaurant. Was not surprised why - the hostess speaking Irish to us when she heard us speaking it, Katie looking after us for our entire meal, the food itself was lovely and the place was so clean even though they were very busy! Will be back again for sure :)
