Hotel Takeshima

I am very dissatisfied that the room I was assigned is always in the corner. I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner, there are other empty rooms. If it weren't for the good location, I wouldn't have come. But I decided to go to a hotel with a high rating next time.

It was a very good trip, this is the second time I have used it. I have used clam fishing with my children for lunch many times before, and will use it again. thank you

Breakfast (¥2.200) was not good for the price.

This is my second time staying at Pu Island, which is a peaceful tourist area. I especially chose to stay and eat here on the last day of this family trip. The location is quite good. It's right next to the coast to Takeshima Pier. You don't have to drive to Takeshima and the aquarium. There is a free flat parking lot, and the parking spaces are quite sufficient. The room faces the seaside. I live in a Japanese-style room with a bathroom. It is quite large and is enough for six people. You can overlook the night view of Bamboo Island. The hot spring is semi-open-air, simple but with a nice view. The food is of average quality. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is set menu. The portions are just right and breakfast is rich. There are not many recreational facilities, but there are supermarkets and electrical appliance stores nearby.

That day was my first trip in a long time with my sister. It was a day with a strong north wind, and we arrived at the hotel after sightseeing here and there. After checking in and while walking to our room, there was a strong north wind in the hallway... Is there a window open somewhere? It wasn't. The wind was blowing in through the gaps in the windows in the hallway, making a whistling sound. We entered the room and tried to close the door, but the wind pressure made it heavy. The door to the room was cold as iron. The path to the bath was a long way away, and it was cold and drafty, not like being inside a hotel. The bath was lukewarm and not at all warm. After washing my hair, my sister went to the room complaining that it was cold. We finally felt warm at dinner, and the food was delicious. However, there was still no heating at breakfast, and the cold wind from the kitchen blew from her feet up into her body. It was no time for breakfast. It was cold. Is the heating on? Speaking of heating, the heating in the room is set to a low 23 degrees and doesn't turn on. I tried to turn up the temperature, but the remote wouldn't work. It was also the first time I'd only taken a bath once while staying at a hotel. It was so cold that I took my futon out of the closet and slept there without permission. To make matters worse, the black sweatshirt I was wearing as pajamas was full of tatami rubbish. And then... there was an intense pain in the bottom of my foot. Huh? Wondering what was going on, I put on a Band-Eight for the time being. When I got home and asked my family to take a magnifying glass to look at the sore sole of my foot... there was a thorn stuck in there. I always wear socks, but the thorn had penetrated my sock!! It was a hotel I had always wanted to stay at some point. I will never go back. Goodbye! Hotel Takeshima!!

Unfortunately, the weather was bad and it was pouring down at night, so I was disappointed because I wanted to take a walk to Takeshima. Weather is important when going here. The room we stayed in was a premium deluxe room on the 8th floor, the top floor, but it still had the impression of being old-fashioned for an old hotel. Although the room only had a private open-air bath, the wallpaper was peeling and the Japanese paper desk lamp was torn and covered in stains. We were staying with 3 adults and 1 child, and we were surprised to find one of the toothbrushes unpacked. I thought I couldn't get this quality after paying 80,000 yen. The food was also average. I laughed because the breakfast venue the next morning looked like it was going to be a kick-off tournament. I wonder if there will be a second time...

I decided on a plan with a lot of French food. The amount is very small and the seasoning is not good! Will I not be full unless I use the maximum amount plan? At the front desk, each person will receive one cup of noodles. Is this an apology in advance for not having enough dinner? I can't say that the breakfast was delicious either! To be honest, both dinner and breakfast were tasteless! This is not a hotel you choose based on the meal! Hot springs are also common. There were about 30 groups staying there, but is the business below profitability? I want you to change your stinginess in cooking! I wish they could change the seasoning too! Seriously, I want you to reconsider hotel management!

The building is quite old, so the rooms and equipment are old and damaged, but the room we stayed in was too spacious for two people. The room was well kept and the windows were clean, so I was able to see Takeshima right in front of me and enjoy the ocean view. The hot springs also have a large bath and an open-air bath, and I took them twice in the evening and morning. Dinner was seafood and I was satisfied with both the quantity and quality. Due to the coronavirus, it was a dining room, but it was a private room type. Breakfast was buffet style and I was able to enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

I have been to the hot springs in Mikawa Bay several times, but this was my first time at Takeshima. This is a large hotel with a panoramic view of Takeshima. The room had a wonderful ocean view overlooking Takeshima. However, the back of the sofa was broken and I could see inside, which made me nervous. There was no Wi-Fi information in the room, so I called the front desk. Also, the LCD for controlling the air conditioning and heating was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature properly, and the toilet door had to be pulled hard to open. Therefore, we cannot recommend the reasonable plan. The large public bath has two hot springs, the indoor bath is large, and the hot spring in the open-air bath with a view is a natural radon hot spring, which is a very smooth and smooth hot spring (whitening spring). In the washroom area, several of the hairdryer tips were broken, so it wasn't very good.Dinner was served at the venue, and it was a Japanese meal that wasn't too heavy and you could eat it all.I think it was good. Freshly prepared items such as tempura and chawanmushi were brought out. The rice crackers in the shrimp rice cracker hotpot were chewy and delicious. Breakfast was in the large hall. It's been a long time since I've seen so many customers. Vinyl gloves were available, but most people did not use them as there were no specific instructions. Although it was called a perf buffet, it was almost a full buffet. There were many types of dried fish that were grilled at the table, and I was able to eat them freshly grilled. I think this is a good hotel for families.
