Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The air conditioning was almost silent, which is really important to me as I slept soundly through the night. The common areas were also odor-free and felt fresh. The price was very reasonable. The location on Changzheng Avenue is great; you step out and there's a lively area with easy access to nearby places for business or dining. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Ganzhou.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, close to shopping districts and attractions. Upon check-in, Xiao Xie proactively upgraded our room, and there's a self-service printer in the lobby.

The view from the window was nice, but the facilities were a bit old. I'm not sure why the front desk didn't assign the room according to the booking, but it was changed after a phone call.

Traveling solo, a good night's sleep is crucial, and I slept wonderfully here. I mentioned my sleep issues to the front desk during check-in, and agent Xiao Xie provided me with an eye mask and earplugs – excellent service! The room facilities and equipment were all in good working order.

The room was spacious, plenty of space for our family of three. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool and gym – both facilities were brand new, and my child had a blast. The buffet offered a huge variety of dishes, especially the seafood and local specialties. Thumbs up! 👍

Downstairs, it's right next to a large shopping mall with tons of shopping and dining options. There's also a lively snack street nearby, perfect for a stroll and a late-night snack after the concert. Getting around is completely worry-free; the location advantage is maximized. The room itself was particularly spacious and open, with plenty of room and a bright, uncrowded layout, perfect for solo travelers or friends staying together. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and brand new, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also offers intelligent robot delivery service, so I could get items without leaving my room—convenient, hassle-free, and very high-tech. Overall, the hotel meets five-star standards, with meticulous and thoughtful service, a quiet and comfortable environment, an excellent location, and a deep understanding of what fans want. There's nothing to fault, whether it's the accommodation experience, the attentive service, or the surrounding amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ganzhou for a concert or a short trip. It's a perfect experience!

The room facilities are in dire need of renovation. From that perspective, Trip.com should probably adjust its rating to a maximum of 3 stars. However, the surrounding amenities are good, especially the Gan South cuisine restaurant nearby, which is worth trying. The service attitude was also good.
