如家的常客了，這次發現高密有商旅就來了，果然不負所望的，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，還給介紹附近吃飯的地方，房間衞生特別好，乾乾淨淨，東西很整齊，特別推薦一插卡空調就自動開啟了，這一點強烈推薦。早飯吃的也很好，特別是雞湯麪和爐包，走的時候還帶着了一個酸奶，總體來説，特別值得推薦呦。

真的非常差勁了。剛回高密看見新開的如家商旅，感覺還可以。第一天入住時，是幫朋友訂的，但進房間的人都需要身份核驗，這個我非常理解並且配合。我沒有帶身份證，所以接受無證拍照。但反覆試了很多次，我的訊息能對上但照片對不上。這時另一個服務人員説拍照大頭照或者有沒有身份證照片？再拍了一個照片後，才讓我上去。你們盡職盡責沒有錯，明明有別的方法讓顧客在一個疲憊的狀態下等那麼長時間，真的不合適。
再一個問題，我們打算做晚上六點的火車，所以致電前台續訂鐘點房，原本12點退房，前台説給延到13:00退房。正常思維都是鐘點房會從13:00-17:00吧？在下午16:15的時候，前台打電活説還有15分鐘退房，要是下去晚了，加收一天房費。（我真的驚了，一般酒店都是加收半天）我説不應該是1點到5點嗎？前台説因為是從攜程定的，所以時間是12:30開始終點房。你們沒有告知我們，要是告知，我們肯定會提前收始的！再就是提前15分鐘通知顧客退房，這真是不知道住兩晚的顧客收拾要多長時間？現代酒店，沒人性化可行嗎？真的無語，失望，總之不會再光顧高密如家。

我真是服了這個酒店了，不退房，永遠不換床單被套枕頭罩，早上起來特意叮囑換一下，晚上回來還是照舊，就為了省那幾個錢嗎？衞生間用過的一次性牙刷牙膏永遠不收拾，就擺在洗手枱上，最可笑的是喝過酒的空酒瓶也不收拾，一天不收拾，兩天還不收拾，三天還是照舊，這打掃房間真是糊弄！用過的浴巾毛巾也是，不退房永遠不換！服務質量真是差！

1.房間太小，大床房基本進門就是床，而且是個1.5米的，沒有活動空間。2.房間門非常不隔音，在房間外面有人玩手機聽的很清楚，情侶入駐一不小心被人爬門聽聲了。3.服務態度整體還算可以，但是這個酒店的電梯居然是個外置電梯，熱的要死裏面。
