房間乾淨整潔無異味，空調非常給力，開31度也忒冷🥶！
床墊很乾凈，軟硬度偏硬，衣櫃還杯多一床被子，電視有免費台，想看其他就要會員
熱水一直保持，不會像其他地方半夜就沒那麼熱了！
服務很熱情周到，還介紹了當地的特色美食！和附近的景點，酒店還配有機器人代送快遞
停車場有2個充電位置，對開新能源車的我來説相當重要，不用地方充電
酒店3樓是中餐廳，陳醋雞腳非常入味，本地玉米很綿！

新年到高州玩，入住維也納國際酒店，酒店設施不錯，服務也很好，四點多入住後就出去吃飯，回來就發覺房間有點味道，跟前台反映，立馬幫忙換了房間，態度很好，過年三百多，平常兩百多的房價，性價比高！

服務態度不好，前台態度很傲，提出什麼要求都要客人給五星好評再説。廁所衞生極度堪憂，更要命的是被子不知道是有蟎蟲還是什麼，蓋着皮膚髮癢，癢到最後皮膚都抓傷了。維也納，此生不復再見！

性價比非常高，房間大，衞生好，地毯很乾凈，被褥床單很新凈且沒什麼浮塵，有多個低枕供客人隨意調節。適合帶孩子入住，床的四角帶有輪子，方便移動兩張單人床拼在一起。燈光調節很智能，有電動窗簾，機器人負責送外賣到房間，有智能家居的感覺。如果非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭提意見的話，建議提供洗手液、針線包和洗衣袋，床的中間有些些下榻。

房間異味特別嗅，空調不製冷，應該網塵沒清理導致，一天晚上沒睡着，第二天要求更換房間。1321房間嗅，產品質量及差。這樣給消費者是不行的。

一進大堂，真的好豪華，設施設備很新，機器人送餐超級給力，房間乾淨，摸了窗邊連灰塵都木有，床也很舒服，服務態度很熱情，真的非常不錯的酒店。
