A very very lovely place, just one little “but”. The rooms seriously needs a touch-up/make-over… they are a little 1988-like🙈 But everything is clean and neat, so I would come back anytime❤️

Beautifully located hotell on walking distance to the ferry, bus station and city core. Beautiful little beach 5-10 min walk from hotel, don’t miss it! The hotell and the room itself was ok but it is old and has a lot of minor damages that has not been repaired. Daily cleaning of room was good but our room definetly needed a deep clean of bathroom walls and door. Area and hotel felt safe. Nice pool and good restaurant at the hotel area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good choice if you want a less costly stay.

Hotel in need of urgent re-styling.. Structure from the 70s, it is located in an enviable position, a few steps (on foot) from the center of Garda and the lake, with a grandiose view of the lower part of the lake. Unfortunately, however, the rooms need to be updated: the bathroom in our room has seen better moments. Good breakfast and abundant choice of sweet/savoury, shame about the coffee and fruit juices, supplied by terrible machines. Very kind staff.

We stayed 3 days half board in this hotel. I knew it since the 90s and, since that day, they have only changed the windows in the rooms. The service in the room is attentive and welcoming. The dishes are typical Italian ones, appreciated by foreign tourists, we would have preferred some typical dishes from Lake Garda. The rooms are old, in need of renovation, cleanliness needs to be improved. The location offers a splendid view of Lake Garda and the swimming pool of "La Loda" is truly beautiful. In 15 minutes you can walk to Garda. I don't think I will go back if they don't renovate the rooms and corridors.

Neglected and dilapidated environment, cleanliness and hygiene nothing !! Old and dirty rooms, curtains and quilts with holes in them. dead animals on the walls, water leaks from the ceiling, ants everywhere, uncomfortable beds with old and rusty nets, dirty pools and without the slightest smell of chlorine. Absence of air conditioners or ceiling fans. A nigh**are vacation!

I only used the pool service at a cost of 5 euros per day. Dirty swimming pool abandoned for years, probably with an uneven and dangerous floor. Unkempt, dirty garden, broken deckchairs and absent staff. Bar service only if you find someone. No controls so anyone enters without paying.
