So welcoming and accommodating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy restaurant downstairs and we were able to get around Garda and beyond very easily. Rooms clean and comfortable. Can recommend rooms with lake views....fabulous!

Do you like noisy hotels and getting no sleep? Do you like aggressive hotel staff? Do you like cold breakfast? Do you like missing luggage? This place is for you! Made to feel very uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. My bedding wasn't complete (1 little pillow and single duvet for 2 of us). When I positively and quietly asked the staff at the reception, I was loudly shouted at on front of other staff and guests telling me I was wrong (I was not mistaken, but despite that, I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated). After this incident, I found the staff to be staring at me and clearly talking about me in Italian. Very unprofessional and intimidating. If that's how they treat their guests, I can only imagine how the management treat their staff. Great location but sadly service (and food) ruined it completely. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra for somewhere a bit nicer.

Great location on the lake for food or just a drink, very pleasant waiting staff with nothing too much trouble. Food cooked fresh with a Seafood Fritto Misto being a highlight. Ice cream dessert a spectacle and not for the faint hearted.

Stayed in this hotel last weekend and it was perfect for our needs. It was a short 3 night trip to Garda and we wanted somewhere nice and central so that we were at the centre of everything. The staff were very nice, the room was basic but very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was included and it was a typical continental breakfast with lots of cold meats, fruit, bread and as much tea and coffee that you could drink, while sitting beside the lake. I would recommend this hotel to others.
