Nice place to spend your night, chilled and music vibes. Kitchen with living room has an instruments, additionally TV, games, place to eat. Bathrooms could be better but for this money, it's still fine. Great location - middle of center. I recommended it :)

Great location gdańsk, literally perfect but the beds have bedbugs. they have the excrement stains on the bed and above you. My body is covered in bites. The girl on the front desk clearly hates her job and she’s dead rude. the guy with the shoulder length hair is lovley. the fridge has rotting food which reeks but if you’re just there to sleep minus the bed bugs it’s okay

No room that I booked and a proposal to sleep in a decrepit working room with no ventilation in one of the rooms smelled musty (when filing a complaint, the manager considers the room to be "standard"). There is no possibility of refunding despite the hostel's failure to comply with the reservation made. Standing against the wall, we slept in a room without a bathroom inside, the need to check out by a certain time, lugging the luggage back to the car (even though the stay was booked for more days), the need to check in again and carry luggage. Service at a very low level voicing to the customer "this is not Hilton". Inability to speak to the manager. Faulty card opening systems (the room card once opened the room the first time, another 3 times it had to be applied several times before the door opened). The curtains in the room on the ground floor did not guarantee privacy. In the evening people from outside could see what was going on in the room. The photos in the advertisement of this facility show only representative rooms, in fact they look much worse, they are neglected and worn.

It's a good atmosphere there and the personal is very kind. It's a good place for the price. Close to pretty architecture and stores and restaurants. I had a problem with the locks in the lockers but I got help and everything was resolved. They have no towels in the toilet so bring that yourself and the beds were a bit squeky when moving around. But other than that I was very please with my stay

Nice location. Been here before, nice location.. I thought.. Going to sleep at night, finding someone else in my bed.. well.. fine.. Going to ask from reception that who is he, and if they could do something in this suprising situation., answer was no. I paid for the bed, didn't get to sleep there, someone else did. Good news that I managed to walk 30 kilometers during the night just not to catch cold. After multiple days I havent heard anything back from them.. Avoid at ALL costs.

I arrived on 27 th for the ceck in at 1.30 pm ..hotels com sent me email that my ceck in was at 12 pm... There was a blond guy really rude ..I have been misstreated by him without no sense or reason from the first seconds I came in ...he didn't want listen to me just he wanted speak ..and in really arrogant way told me : " you have to go out as your ceck in is at 2 pm " confusing me ...I said please I am not feeling well can I please stay in the reception welcome room waiting my ceck in at 2 pm? He said : you have to pay if you want stay in to don't get cold ... I went outside it was cold ..and I was already sick I needed to rest ...instead you sent me email my ceck in was at 12 am. Once in at 2 pm ..he started to create on me others problems : you have to go outside to withdraw 10 pound for the keys otherwise he shouted leave the hostel now ...I said ATM will let me withdraw a lots money and I will pay the fee ...please let go sleep I am not feeling well , I won't take the key with me. He said in aggressive way no ...I said you are misstreating Me..he started to touch my nationality : he wanted know where I come from..it is not his business. I felt too much negativity and tension in that hostel ..no one were smile ...the toilette really dirty ...I really I cried ...after long ..the girl tried to helpe to give me the key without leaving the deposit ..once he left ..probably she was scare about him

Cons: The kitchen closes at 10 or 11pm, they don’t even let you get anything out of the fridge after then. The housekeepers threw away my soap and shampoo, I left it in the shared bathroom that was only shared with one other (empty) room. The Wi-Fi dropped every 5 minutes. The hot water didn’t work one day of my 4 day stay. The shower was super rusty. They have super sheer curtains on the windows, had to put up a blanket and a towel to sleep in after 5am. The cost to rent a towel is 5zloty, I could’ve just bought one for that much. Pros: it’s in a good area.

Hidden fees rude management. No wifi smoking guests in the property. The two days trip was ruined because they don't care.i was deceived by good location and good reviews. Don't repeat my mistake. The only thing they care for is how to disrespect you and take money.
