The towel is not prepared in my room, i have to call twice to get the towel. The water is not functioning properly.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The room was comfortable and well air-conditioned. However, slippers were not provided, and the floor felt quite cold with the air conditioning on. It would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers for added comfort. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for small improvements.

Hotel room is spacious and cosy. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended for staycation holiday to enjoy and relax.

Staffs are friendly. Hotel is very run down , poorly maintained facilities and breakfast was bad . Will not recommence

We booked the family suite room. One of the bathroom has leakages on the ceiling. Which looks like some kind of horror setup. The wallpaper are also peeling off due to leakages. One of the washroom is blocked as well. The bedsheets are dirty and full of stains. Breakfast buffet area is full of flies and staff is very unfriendly. I asked for a baby chair. He pointed to the area and asked me to get it by myself.

The room was spacious and clean. The traffic outside was a bit congested, but it only took about 2 minutes to get on the highway. There were also restaurants, convenience stores, and a laundry shop nearby, which was very convenient.

The room is booked very big, and the area is very convenient to find a food. And easy access also have mall, familymart near to petrol station also.

The room that I checked in is moldy. I check the room next door is similar. Car park is lack of house cleaning as well. Very dusty.
