Location is very good , But the room is to small , and facilities is very old , not value for the price , Room service is not good enough , the cleaner is not polite , Food is fine

Excellent location I hope the staff clearly explain the hidden expenses, the receptionist upgraded our room and she mentioned it is 520 CF for the whole stay which was not true at the final bill.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the surrounding attractions. You can take pictures of Geneva's iconic attraction - Jet d'Eau Fountain from the entrance of the hotel and cross the road. The breakfast is cooked to order, it feels good and delicious. The dinner has a variety of varieties and the service is warm.

Everything is good, but the price is slightly higher

This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!

My three month old baby and I stayed in the Henry Dunant suite and the stay was incredible. The crib provided by the hotel was very cute and my baby loved it as well as the crib bumpers that she was totally in awe of. The other aspects that I was very impressed by were the two bathrooms in the suite. One was next to the salon and I could use it when my baby had already gone to sleep and the other was by the bedroom. It was very large and comfortable and the toiletries provided were Clarins, which I appreciate given that many hotels now simply provide their own branded toiletries whose quality can’t really be vouched for. This really gave the bathroom a spa like feel. Generally, the attention to detail was something you could notice at every level. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made my stay so pleasant. I look forward to visiting again.

The reciption staff are really friendly...the rooms is spacious and clean...and the view was great... I didn't like that there were no bath ropes there , no welcome amenities at all , the bath amenities in general are not from a very high quility , and the worst thing were the pillows..not comfortable at all and gave me headache

We stayed at Beau Rivage for two nights in mid June. We had a wonderful stay here, our suite faced Lake Genève. From check in to check out, we experienced super courteous staff and excellent service. The lady housekeeper was excellent in her job. Keep it up !!

The rooms are beautiful-- old world charm and style and class. Great team and super friendly and kind. Alberto the bellman is amazing. Concierge team was great at making train reservations and other transfers. Overall, would highly recommend due to the quality of the hotel and the people and the location is perfect--right on the water and amazing news of the jet.

Beautiful hotel with maintaining all-time charm in an absolutely fantastic location. We had a balcony view of Jet D’eau! The team had a birthday surprise for us which was truly heart warming and unexpected! It is really a gem with attention to detail in every aspect of your stay!

Great location with wonderful views if you take a lake view room. Helpful staff provide excellent service. The restaurants and bars look out over the lake. We enjoyed a nice bistro lunch on Saturday and a great brunch (served at the table) on Sunday. Nice bar also with a terrace overlooking the lake.

We had a perfect stay in Geneva. The hotel and staff lived up to their number-one rating. I love the decor and the care the staff took. We had an early morning flight, and they prepared breakfast bags so we could eat at the airport. wish we had more time to spend and enjoy their hospitality.

The Beau-Rivage in Geneva is an exemplary hotel! Traditional and excellent levels of service and quality of staff and a wonderful blend of modern amenities, traditional design and superb attention to detail. This is my 4th stay at the hotel and each time I leave I look forward to returning. All the staff are genuinely interested in the guest’s comfort and overall satisfaction. The template of any high quality hotel.

For me staying at the hotel Beau-Rivage is like coming home! From the warm and genuine greeting at the front door, the reception and the concierge to the familiar faces at the breakfast, you are made to feel most welcome. And as beautiful as the hotel is, well integrating all the modern amenities while maintaining the old world charm that it's famous for, what matters most are the PEOPLE! The hotel's staff is definitely what keeps me coming back. A note from the manager and a welcome treat is always appreciated--but how about a hand written note and a box of chocolates from the front door team welcoming me back! #onlyatthebeaurivage Now I admit I'm not totally objective when it comes to this property. It has been my home away from home for a few weeks each of the past 10+ years. But there have been times when I thought there was an improvement to be made. Kudos to the management for always taking my suggestions under consideration. What more could you ask than for a hotel to be guest-centric. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful 10 days. And a special shout out to Juan! Looking forward to seeing everyone again in November.
