"FOR YOUR SAFETY AVOID THIS HOTEL I have been stolen inside the breakfast area I kept my bage near i just looked away i didn’t find the bag and they checked the cameras a guy came and stole it they are making deals with criminals to steal you It is not safe at all and there was 230 thousand usd in my bag that was stolen Where are the security? How is a criminal letting them in the hotel ? No ones watching the cameras ? It is a deal beetween the hotel management and the criminals And the front desk and waitress were laughing at us when we got stolen and saying good luck Don’t stay at this hotel at all!!!!!"

"The hotel has just opened for a month, and is 400-500 meters away from the bus station, with many routes to choose from. The facilities are very good. The front desk is very professional and considerate, and the tired body will relax quickly. The room is spotless. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The cooking equipment is very complete and clean. It's a pity that I was only on a business trip for a few days, leaving early and returning late, otherwise I would have liked to cook some delicious dinner myself. There is also a gym downstairs, and various equipment can be seen in the pictures. This is the best hotel during my business trip in Geneva, and the experience is great!"

"After three years, revisiting was a bit disappointing. 1) The food isn't as good as it used to be. The shrimp in the shrimp caesar salad wasn't tasty. 2) The hotel service also isn't as patient. The breakfast attendant took my menu away after I'd only ordered two courses. Then, they overcharged me when I checked out. The experience wasn't as good."

"Well first of all I was really disappointed after the hotel staff told me that the booking was only for two adults and did not include my child and then they asked me to pay for extra bed for my child. I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated three person booking paid with triple suites but she still refused to check us in and said manager is not allowing her to check us in. I asked her to let me speak with the manager and explain the problem or show her the booking and but the manager said she is not ready to speak with me as they don’t entertain website booking problems. She didn’t even bother to speak with me or come and see me and ultimately I had to pay for extra person even though the booking was paid in full for a family of three. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. The manager should at least have listened to me and check my booking booking confirmation"
