Room is modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located up a slope so pulling the luggage up was a little tiring.

The room is a bit small, but the service is very good. The location is very good, in the center of the city, close to everything. I wanted to try the hotel's food, but there was no room. A bit regretful~

The best boutique five-star hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The house is three to four hundred years old, but the interior furnishings are very modern and the details are very good, even more exquisite than some of the top five-star hotels in China.

Absolutely stunning hotel capturing both its history and up-to-date amenities. 2 minutes walk from the cathedral, flower clock, jet d’eau and the main shopping street. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was a very nice, clean, neat hotel that is in the old historical town of Genève. Although we didn’t receive anything as VIP guests, the staff was super polite and helpful. The hotel is next to a grand cathedral and walking distance to many nice shops, restaurants and luxury stores. Hotel’s restaurant is a must not just for the great food and service but also to see all the famous people’s pictures who visited the restaurant whom including from Bill Clinton to George Clooney to Jean Paul Belmando :)
