Accommodation and check-in are not together. You have to go far to get the key, and you have to send it back in the morning to exchange for the deposit. There is no advance warning, no notice, and it is difficult to get through to the front desk when I call. Communication is not smooth. It took an hour and drove around a long way to get it done. The headboard of the small bedroom fell off, and there was no hot water in one bathroom.

I have traveled to more than a dozen countries and stayed in quite a few hotels. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. I drove ten hours from Singapore and was stuck in traffic. I finally got to the hotel and spent half an hour looking for it at the front desk. Different houses in this building are divided into different companies and the walking distance between the front desk and the hotel is at least 20 minutes. After finally checking in, I arrived at the room. A musty smell that had not been occupied for a long time hit my face. When I entered the room and saw yellowed sheets and quilts, my jaw dropped. I seriously doubt it has been replaced at all. During the important holiday of the Spring Festival, with children and the elderly, I decided to check out and find another hotel. I rarely write reviews. I would like to advise you not to step on this trap.

Early morning 8am, the master room opposite have hard sound until cannot sleep and rest, wouldn't stay here again.

Geo38 is the keyword,fast check in and out at Geo38.....location is good,plenty of food below after petrol station.Room is good by the way.

Over tall was great experience to stay .However the check in counter are at another building.

Everything is fine. Clean and nice. Each room come with 1 single bed and 1 queen. For perfectly for 2 families with young kids. Swimming pool with warm water. Kid can also play bathtub in the unit.

Room is clean & everything is functional. Ambience was peaceful except for the noise by the construction nearby. However, checkin process shld be improved as first timer had to go to another building to claim the keys and await time at 3pm even though arrived early. Also no compromise on flexibility of late check out.

The place is fine. Is near construction area, quite noisy even on weekends

The unit itself was really nice with a nice pool and relaxing area on top of the building. The unit I got was very clean. Just the checkin must be exactly at 3pm

The check-in process was completely like an orienteering race. I navigated downstairs according to the address, but I couldn't find the check-in. I asked Ctrip customer service and the reply was that they couldn't figure it out at foreign hotels. Then I asked a lot of questions and finally checked in. The place is 800 meters away from the accommodation, and it will not be available until after 3 pm. We arrived at 1:30, and the front desk directly told us to go out and wait for an hour and a half before coming back. The hygiene is really poor. There are hairs on the bath towels. After staying for three days, there was no cleaning. It was all self-service. The location is okay, but if you don't drive by yourself, you really can't imagine how you can survive without a car. Looking back, looking at the house price, it's worth it, and I'm suddenly relieved.
