La Bella - Hotel Villa & Spa

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a beachfront location – everything was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the coastline in the peaceful morning. It's an unforgettable memory.

The biggest plus is the location. The room itself was alright. It seemed clean enough, with plenty of towels and toiletries. However, the mattress and pillows were terrible, making it painful to sleep. Definitely not up to a 4-star standard, 100%. Also, the drains in both the sink and shower were clogged. Water would accumulate, making it unpleasant to wash your face or shower. The staff were friendly, but their friendliness stopped at a smile. We asked for a late check-out. We were told it was possible, but only for one hour and for an additional 100k. What's the point of a late check-out like that, especially when you have to pay for it?! The breakfast was not worth the price. They just bring you overpriced chocolate cereal from the supermarket. The banana smoothie bowl was watery; either there was too much ice or the frozen ingredients were encased in ice. The pancakes were decent. Overall, the breakfast was a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely won't choose it again in the future. There are cheaper and much better options right next door, in terms of rooms, service, and breakfast.

This time I stayed in a standalone villa. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was a comfortable spa right at the entrance that you could book. The service staff were all very kind and enthusiastic; you could ask them for anything you needed. This is a hotel worth adding to your shortlist!

Great location! My husband saw a turtle right in front of the hotel in the ocean. However, my child got Bali Belly while staying here. My husband and I were fine, but I suspect it might have been the pool water. The staff are friendly, but there was a slight smell in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel and location. Delicious breakfast. Room cleaning is superb. The sea and beach with turtles are right opposite the hotel. Good staff. We will definitely come again.

Everything was good. The breakfasts were delicious. I lowered the rating because of an unpleasant smell in the shower.
